Vincent Loubière is the Director of City Integration & Infrastructure Development at Airbus Urban Mobility. He is responsible for harmonizing air and ground transport to create a seamless, door-to-door, networked, and connected system that can serve the development needs of urban contexts worldwide.
Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is bringing an entirely new dimension to the way we live and move. Approaching mobility as a subsystem of the urban system at regional scale holds the potential to radically redefine human settlements into polycentric, distributed, and cohesive urban localities. Today, Vincent—an aerospace and civil engineer, and urbanist—is actively collaborating with architects, city planners, urbanists, and engineers to develop UAM infrastructure solutions that will seamlessly integrate into a city’s existing transportation network. Airbus Urban Mobility aims to continue to work collaboratively with cities, authorities, and regulators to co-design intelligent, sustainable, and liveable cities.
