Elise Sofie Rasmussen
Elise Sofie Rasmussen is Architect at the municipality of Bærum. She works on reducing the square meter usage in buildings, to create more energy efficient architecture. Less square meters built, equals lower material usage, less transport, less square meters to sustain etc. Currently, she focuses on creating safe and sustainable architecture for all users; the people working, learning and/ or living in these buildings.
Elise’s passion lately, when it comes to design and sustainability, has been timber architecture. In Norway, more and more striking timer buildings, which are both user-friendly and sustainable, are being planned and completed.
