Daniel Kjørberg Siraj
Daniel Kjørberg Siraj is the CEO of OBOS, Norway’s biggest homebuilder. As a significant player in urban development in several cities and an industry leader in many aspects, they have a special responsibility to take a leading position also when it comes to sustainability. That’s why priority #1 is the decreasing of their climate footprint: OBOS is building Oslo’s first large apartment building as a plus house.
OBOS’ sustainability agenda is defined broadly and encompasses both environmental and climate issues, investing in socially and culturally sustainable neighborhoods and solving affordability in the housing market. Daniel realizes that in order for there to be a future society, it has to be sustainable. That’s why he personally thrives when working with change, whether it’s internally or changing our cities.
