Christine Sagen Helgø is the Mayor of the City of Stavanger, Norway’s fourth largest City. She strives to let Stavanger be a clear and progressive city that is taking climate actions. Yet she has advocated aggressive emission targets of an 80% cut by 2030.
Currently, Christiane is focusing on a new comprehensive green transport package fort Stavanger and its region. She is pushing for new technological solutions in her City that will help cut emissions dramatically. Her vision is to run her City greener and smarter.
