Leading specialist teams in design and retail, Dean has masterplanned some of Australia’s most notable urban regeneration projects and new town centres, breathing life into the suburbs with a tangible health and well-being slant. He draws on practice values to integrate citizens’ quality of life, health, education, and care needs in liveable, walkable multi-residential and commercial builds, and infrastructure that spans culture, community, and entertainment purposes.
